How do I get rid of one type of mold growth white powder in the roses? "Black spots or as part of the leaf?

Black spot is a disease get roses that can be cured by applying a fungicide. I use Bayer-3-in-1. Fertilized, gets rid of the bugs and cure many diseases of plants. The best part is that you mix with water, and water from the base of the plant with it so there is no dew dirty. The white stuff is called powdery mildew. It can also be served by the Bayer 3-in-1. The best remedy home to powdery mildew is to spray the plant with milk. Either full strength or half milk and half water. Milk drowns fungal growth but does not damage the plant or anything else for that matter. Also try to water your roses enough time for water in the plant to dry before it is too late.
