I will die long-stemmed roses and a question.?

So I have these beautiful roses in fact a friend who has died unfortanetly. The roses are dying and i was wondering if I can do other roses of these and how. I also wonder how I can do as a "Lively" again, as it gave me.

Hi, it can be very easy to grow roses. Take a flourishing without mother about pencil thickness and about 2 feet long, strip all the branches and leaves of the plant again exept the first two, the pink, cut side down and the plant about a third up. Let stand for 12 to 18 months and the pot again. Roses free! The other issue, to cut in October to a third party, and again in March, the new growth will be beautiful, good luck!
