Do girls always secretly send flowers to themselves?

I work in an office, and there is a girl who always gets the vast majority boquets of flowers "just because." She always does a great to do about making sure everyone sees and is told that her "boyfriend." Do you think that girls are actually some flowers and sent to themselves? Me and some of my coworkers have our suspicions.
